Materials and work:
Since 1900 all our pieces are designed by STAURINO and handmade in Italy, in our workshop in Valenza (AL) by our master goldsmiths. All our pieces are individually numbered. Our jewelry is made in 18kt gold, using natural precious stones and diamonds. All our gems and gold have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. Our logo, our manufacturer registration number and the serial number of the piece are stamped and/or engraved on each piece as seal of authenticity.
Sizes:
Ring sizes must be intended for sizes 53 to 55 (US 5 to 7). Bracelet are intended for wrist circumference of 16 centimeters (6.30inches). Necklaces and pendants with chains are intended for neck circumference of 34 centimeters (13 inches)
For smaller or bigger sizes please ask us a quotation as there might be additional charges due to extra precious materials (gold/stones) or workmanship required.
Authenticity and Warranty
We can issue you with a document certifying the authenticity of your Staurino fine jewellery. This entails all the information necessary for insurance purposes. These will be issued upon request.
Staurino guarantees a warranty period of twelve months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for current branded products only.
Payment security
All transactions on our website are processed using Stripe (www.stripe.com)
a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Due to the valuable nature of our pieces, card providers may sometimes automatically decline transactions for your protection, or we may have to contact you directly to confirm the purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we have any reason to believe it may be fraudulent or an attempted fraud.

We show prices in US Dollar $, Euro € and Yen ¥.

Lead Time:
Unless immediately available in stock, as all our pieces are completely handmade and not mass produced, we normally delivery within 5/6 weeks.
As soon as receive the order we immediately inform our customers about the estimated delivery date.
Code of practice and sustainability
All our gems and gold have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. We use only Responsible Sourced Gold in accordance with RJC principles and rules.
We are proud to be a Rjc member. We believe responsible business is good business.
Our Code of Practices is the only independently verified sustainability standard for the global jewellery and watch industry covering the entire supply chain, from mine to retail.
The Code of Practices 2019 is aligned with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and the UN Guiding Principles of Business and Human Rights. Through the implementation of the Code of Practices, members contribute towards the United Nations 2030 agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
We use only renewable energy for all our processes, we recycle all materials we use from paper to plastic, glass, metals, electronics, chemicals etc.
We have a plastic free goal and we are looking to eliminate plastic within 2030. In the while we promote the use of recycled products in all our offices/workshop etc.
